Research demonstrates that library interactions correlate with student success outcomes, but more must be learned:  What library interactions are most impactful for students?  How can more students be encouraged to engage with libraries in difference-making ways?  And how can library data complete an institutional picture of student success?  Library integration into institutional learning analytics may help answer these questions and ultimately help more students maximize the benefits libraries can provide them in their learning journey.  This panel summarizes the state of the art of library engagement in learning analytics, including the work of several institutions and two federally-funded grant projects.
