I'm the Director of Enterprise Instructional Technology. The team provides project management, consulting and support for software and enterprise instructional technology services. This includes managing instructional services including the course management system, electronic portfolio project, video conferencing, student response systems, lecture capture, digital media solutions, faculty course evaluations, placement testing, and mid-term and final exam assistance, etc.
It also includes the following:
Strategic visioning of all related services
Building strong partnerships with administrators, faculty, staff and students
Ensure a high level of proven performance for teaching and learning tools
Budget oversight for software and staff salaries
Project management for teaching and learning
Explore, test, purchase new vended solutions for teaching and learning
Negotiating all vendor contracts
Ensure software licensing is in compliance with University policies for accessibility, security, FERPA/HIPAA and agreement terms
Plan ICONext: an annual Canvas Day for faculty and instructional technologists
Design and produce marketing and communication plans and materials
